September 30, 2010– One-year-old Griffin restaurant 6th Street Pier has extended its service hours from Thursday through Saturday dinner only to include Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunch service. “We’re not sure yet if we’ll stay open for lunch until two or two-thirty,” said Linda Gilchrist, who co-owns the restaurant with her husband David Gilchrist.
Gilchrist says lunch hours will feature a separate menu, but it will be a generous offering with a couple of their signature fishes, seafood po’ boys and several salads. “The lunch menu should be up on our website by next week,” she said.
