A local favorite country band, The Ben Ratliff Band, will take their show on the road to Wild Bills in Duluth tonight. Doors will open at 8 p.m.
Band members include Jerry Walker on guitar and vocals; Matt Mcdaniel playing the banjo, piano and other various instruments; Mike Natale on drums; Mike Williamson on bass and vocals; and of course, front-man Ben Ratliff playing guitar and singing.
Ratliff, originally from Pike County, has spent time in Nashville, Tennessee recording an album and now resides in Griffin. Ratliff writes, records and performs his own music as well as country cover songs.
On his ReverbNation site, (www.reverbnation.com/benratliffband), Ben writes, “We are making our debut performance at the largest honky tonk dance club in the U.S., Wild Bills in Duluth!
