Coco’s Cupboard is currently Pike County’s go-to humane society. We are committed to three goals: spay/neuter dogs and cats in order to reduce the number of stray animals roaming the streets; provide pet food and supplies for families in need; and rescue a limited number of animals.
As a registered 501C3 and licensed by the Department of Agriculture, we are powered by volunteers, donations, years of training and rescue experience, and a passion for improving the lives of animals in our community.
Specifically, we sponsor a spay/neuter clinic through HELP, Inc. the first Monday of every month; provide food and pet supplies to families in the need; and rescue a limited number of owner-surrender dogs and cats, rehabilitate them, and adopt them into their for-ever homes. We can only rescue a very small number of dogs and cats at a time because we have limited space.
We have two upcoming fund-raisers: Oct. 26 at Puppy Tubs Boarding Facility in Peachtree City, and Nov. 9 at Belk’s in Griffin.
