SPALDING COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE PRESS RELEASE: Investigators met with the District Attorney’s Office in reference to the death of Debra McCullough. According Sheriff Dwayne Gilbert after the meeting investigator’s obtained arrest warrants for 53 year old Jeff MCullough charging him with Felony Murder and Murder, he will still have to answer to the initial charges of Battery under the Family Violence Act and Aggravated Battery under the Family Violence Act along with the murder charges. Officers with the Warrant Division arrested him without incident at a job site on Teamon Road, said Gilbert. He will be held without bond on those charges and have his first appearance hearing within the next day or two.
