Oak Hill prepares for “It’s Christmas” program

Oak Hill Baptist Church is bursting with excitement as they prepare for “ITS CHRISTMAS” at Oak Hill.  This Broadway style musical presentation is filled with costume and dance and is sure to entertain people of all ages.

“IT’S CHRISTMAS” begins with classic Christmas songs you have heard since childhood and ends with songs about the true celebration of Christmas.  The choirs, actors, scenery, and dancers will fill the entire sanctuary with the sounds and actions of Christmas that are sure to warm your heart and put a smile on your face.

“ITS CHRISTMAS” is not only a wonderful way for Oak Hill Baptist Church to reach out to the community during the Christmas season but it has also brought individual church families closer together. This is evidenced by comments made by people involved in the production.  Mike and Pat Cole stated they were excited to be a part of the church’s celebration of Christmas and that learning to waltz has afforded them special time together and made them closer as a couple.

The Gibbins family also feels that community outreach is always important, especially during the Christmas season.  And since “IT’S CHRISTMAS” incorporates all ages in the production, it brings special meaning to them being able to participate as a family.

If you are looking for a wonderful evening of entertainment for the entire family then make plans to attend one of the performances of “ITS CHRISTMAS“ at Oak Hill Baptist Church.  The first performance will be Friday, Dec. 6 at 7 p.m.  The second performance will be Sunday, Dec.  8 at 6 p.m.   All tickets are free and may be reserved by calling the church office at 770-227-5974 or by going online to http://www.oakhillbaptist.org.    Oak Hill Baptist Church is located at 100 Lakeside Rd., Williamson Georgia.
