A 12-member jury comprised of six men and six women has been seated in the murder trial of Shane Clifton Collett.
Two alternates, one man and one woman, were also selected to hear the case.
Collett stands accused of killing njne-year-old Skylar Dials, who was killed Dec. 21, 2012.
Approximately ten hours after being reported missing, Dials’ body was located partially covered by brush in a wooded area only hundreds of yards from her family home.
The trial will resume with opening arguments at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
