The Spalding County Board of Commissioners is hearing from dozens of residents during its Saturday morning public hearing on the issues of the county’s refuse and recycling centers and the upcoming 2015 SPLOST referendum.
The first several residents to speak expressed opposition to the closure of the collection centers.
