Durand Jeremy Mack, of Griffin, is being held without bond in the Spalding County Jail after an alleged domestic dispute left a woman in critical condition.
Authorities say 24-year-old Courtney Perry was found in the roadway to the rear of a Jeep Wrangler Sunday morning after police were dispatched to the 200 block of West Cherry Street.
Perry was flown to the Trauma Unit of Atlanta Medical Center with critical injuries.
The Griffin Police Department identified Perry as Mack’s girlfriend.
Mack, age 46, was taken into custody and has been charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and serious injury by motor vehicle.
