GPD: Domestic dispute ends with gunfire at Home Depot


Two people are in custody after a domestic dispute that resulted in gunfire at the Home Depot.

According to the Griffin Police Department, officers were dispatched to the Home Depot on Highway 16 shortly before 4 p.m.

Authorities say two individuals were engaged in a domestic dispute that ended at that location.

After a brief physical altercation, a firearm was discharged into the air, officials said.

Both parties were taken into custody, but no information related to charges was provided.
