The Griffin Police Department has made an arrest in a Sunday aggravated assault/aggravated battery incident that left two people injured.
The GPD Uniform Patrol Division was called to 513 Belle St. Sunday in reference to the alleged attack.
Officials say two victims – Tyrone Hughley and Acquilla McGhee – had sustained cut wounds.
Authorities say an ex-girlfriend, Lashonda Miller, used some type of box cutter in the incident.
Hughley and McGhee received medical treatment at the emergency room of Spalding Regional Hospital and were subsequently released.
Miller is being held in the Spalding County Jail and has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of aggravated battery.
