The GRIP is on scene at the residence of Spalding County Commissioner Don Hawbaker and his wife, Gayle Hawbaker, where a standoff has been ongoing.
Shots were reportedly fired earlier in this incident, and three additional shots were just heard.
It is unclear who fired those shots as the Spalding County Sheriff’s Office has shut down all access to the couple’s Satilla Court home.
