The GRIP has confirmed that Spalding County Commissioner Don Hawbaker has been arrested and is being transported to the Spalding County Jail.
Multiple shots were fired at the Hawbaker residence, but no injuries resulted.
Additional information will be forthcoming.

Let him go . He has diplomatic immunity. He probably has ptsd from living in the hood at Sun City ..
I am glad no one was injured, and I hope he gets the help he needs.
